Ashley Ortega (born 26 December in San Fernando La Union in the Philippines) is a Filipino actor. Ashley Ortega is a Filipino actor. Her first appearance on TV began at the age of 12 when she appeared in GMA Network's commercials. Her career moved on to include acting. She also is an experienced figure skater. As part of her duties, she identified threats to national security and conducted classified investigations of suspected foreign agents. Asha's work working for the FBI comprised interviews, electronic surveillance and interrogating methods, as well as firearms and lethal forces. Asha graduated cum laude from The Princeton School of Public and International Affairs and was awarded the Fulbright scholarship to pursue constitutional reforms at Bogota Colombia. She received her law degree from Yale Law School. There she was also a Coker Fellow in Constitutional Law. In addition to that, she served as a clerk in the Office of Judge Juan R. Torruella of U.S. Court of Appeals First Circuit San Juan Puerto Rico. She was admitted to the State Bar of New York and Connecticut in 2003. Asha, the former legal correspondent of ABC News, has contributed editorials and op-eds to The New York Times The Wall Street Journal The Washington Post in addition to various other publications. She also serves as a member of the board of directors for Just Security, as well as members of the Council of Foreign Relations.
